Delivery Information


All items are subject to availability and are made to order. We will contact you as soon as possible if the goods you ordered are not available for delivery within seven days of purchase.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of order, unless delivery cannot be made within 30 days in which case a non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable with the order, the balance being due payable 30 days before the goods are shipped. We can accept no liability if your delivery is delayed because you supplied incorrect payment details. This does not affect any other rights you may have.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will vary according to the products ordered and cannot be refunded


We can, subject to local regulations, ship to most areas of the world. For orders out with the United Kingdom please check with us regarding delivery charges and conditions before placing your order. Our standard delivery terms cover addresses within the United Kingdom with the exclusion of the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We are able to deliver to these areas however a small delivery supplement will be charges. Please contact us in advance of placing your order if you are in doubt as regards delivery charges. We will deliver to the address that you specify in your order so it is important that the delivery address given is accurate. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods supplied once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We aim to fulfil orders within seven days of the order date however this is not guaranteed. If the delivery date is delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control the delivery date will be extended to a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative delivery date.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time at which we or our nominated courier attempted delivery.You will take ownership of the goods when we have received cleared payment in full and once the goods have been successfully delivered or when delivery has been attempted.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Order

We will notify as son as possible by email to confirm receipt of your order. For this you will need to provide us with a valid email address. An acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the goods ordered.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click "submit" during the ordering process.

Cancellation Rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order items) It is your responsibility to bear the carriage costs associated with the return of any goods within this period.
